SWITZERLAND vs POLAND HEAD-TO-HEAD

Poland have won 4, drawn 5 & lost just 1 of their 10 matches against Switzerland.

Only once have Poland not scored in 10 matches against Switzerland, dating back to a 0-0 draw in May 1972.

Their most recent encounter was in November 2014 when the teams played out a 2-2 draw in Wroclaw.

The last time Switzerland won a knock-out game at a major tournament (World Cup 1938), it was being hosted by France.

POLAND

Poland have never scored more than a goal in 9 European Championship finals matches.

Poland are yet to concede in Euro 2016. Germany are the only other team to not have conceded at the tournament so far.

Since scoring in  the 17th minute of his first game at Euro 2012 against Greece, Robert Lewandowski hasn’t scored or assisted at the European Championship finals in 523 minutes.

Jakub Blaszczykowski has played a part in four of Poland’s five goals at the Euros – 2 goals & 2 assists.
