LeBron James gets 9,000th career field goal

LeBron

On 6th November, 2015, LeBron James became the 20th player in the history of the NBA to make 9,000 career field goals. He achieved this feat in the second quarter as the Cleveland Cavaliers took on the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night in Cleveland.

In trademark style, LeBron made the dunk by taking an alley-oop pass from team-mate Mo Williams and beating his marker with the speed and leap that has been his signature throughout his career. The dunk came with less than 4 minutes remaining in the second quarter.

James is the fifth active player to reach the mark and goes along with Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan and Dirk Nowitzki.
